Adam is a commercial and litigation lawyer at Bespoke.
He first joined Bespoke as an intern clerk while completing his studies in law, literature and languages. Adam gained further experience in insurance litigation before returning to Bespoke as a boom recruit.
Adam’s main area of practice is litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of contractual and property disputes, debts and insolvency. He has appeared and instructed in the Supreme Court and all other Victorian state courts, as well as the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Adam’s confident and hard-working manner sees him also working on employment, intellectual property, corporate and commercial law matters. He is also a coordinator of Bespoke’s clerkship programme.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys going for walks and drives through the Macedon Ranges countryside, where he lives with his partner and rabbit. He is also the reigning office ‘foosball’ champion (a fact that Josh struggles with daily).
