Karina is an Intern Clerk at Bespoke. She completed her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) in 2018 at Monash University. She has a strong interest in public policy and the law, and is gaining experience in commercial law, consumer law and intellectual property law during her time at Bespoke.
Karina is interested in how the law will respond to conflict between disruptive new technologies and human rights, as apparent in areas such as privacy and big data, and the sharing economy and labour law. She is a believer in using innovative new approaches to challenge traditional norms, which is why she is passionate about Bespoke’s unique approach to legal practice.
In her spare time Karina likes to blow off steam by training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, cooking, and playing the drums.
