Ray is a corporate and commercial lawyer, who has advised clients for over a decade in corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Bespoke, Ray practised for several years at top tier law firms in Singapore and has also held senior legal counsel roles in Singapore and Melbourne.
His expertise includes commercial, intellectual property, technology, procurement, software, privacy and intellectual property licensing.
Ray has a personable approach to working with clients, in which learning about and understanding their business and culture is paramount, so that he can tailor his legal advice specifically to their needs.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys long distance running, cycling and spending time with his family.
