Ray is a corporate and commercial lawyer who has advised clients for over a decade in corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Bespoke, he practised for several years at top tier law firms in Singapore and has also held senior legal counsel roles in Singapore.
Ray is an expert in advising on complex/bespoke commercial transactions, including in the areas of technology and the digital economy, public agency procurements, privacy and intellectual property licensing.
